Annual Living History Event
Due to the threat of adverse weather and for the safety of students, visitors, demonstrators, and exhibitors, the CBHSA has cancelled the 2024 Volunteer Days event. We appreciate your understanding with this difficult decision.
The Camp Blount Historic Site Association welcomes visitors to the fourth annual Volunteer Days event. Friday, September 27 will be a school day event, hosting hundreds of local students from 9 AM to 2 PM. The general public is welcome to attend added demonstrations and programs on Saturday, September 28 from 9 AM to 4 PM. A food truck will be onsite for public use on Saturday.
Living history demonstrations will include period music, cannon and gun firing, mustering, blacksmithing, and more. This is a free, family-friendly event held at the Camp Blount Historic Site in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
